Using Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin Base, we at Mother's Ruin 1751 have teamed up with the amazing The Ginfluencers UK and their very own Sloe Berries and Damsons from Central London. By adding local Cornish Blackberries,
Blackcurrants and a touch of Cherry, this Rich Sloe Gin will tantalise those taste buds.
Working solely to produce this unique collaboration gives this
Gin long dark notes of blackcurrants, sloes, and damsons - with juniper shining through. Sip me sloe or down me quick, Santa's Sack will do the trick!
SLOE GIN FIZZ
Pour 50ml of Santa's Sack Gin, 25ml lemon juice, and 2 Tsp sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall highball glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a blackberry.
*As this Gin is from Sloe Berries, Damsons, Blackberries and Blueberries, there will be a small amount of sediment at the bottom. Give it a shake before use, our recommendation.
