Cornish Sloe & Damson Gin
Made with our Cornish Blue Flamingo gin base and a collaboration with The Ginfluencers UK, using their sloe berries and damsons from central London plus local Cornish blackberries, blackcurrants and a touch of cherry. Rich and dark, with flavors of blackcurrant, sloe and damson, and a clear juniper finish. Sip slowly or drink neat — Santa’s Sack does the trick.
SLOE GIN FIZZ 50 ml Santa’s Sack Gin
25 ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
Ice, Prosecco to top
Shake gin, lemon and sugar with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice, top with Prosecco, stir gently. Garnish with lemon and a blackberry.
Note: This gin contains fruit (sloes, damsons, blackberries, blueberries) so a little sediment may settle. Shake before use.
