Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin

A blue flamingo is rare, beautiful, and mythical. Therefore, this gin contains unusual and scarce botanicals. Some of these botanicals are found growing in Cornish gardens, while others are locally sourced by Cornish producers, such as our Black Bee Honey. The amazing antioxidant Açai berry, sourced from South America, Brazil, is also included. Cornish Blue Flamingo is a very meaningful name and involves the legend of the blue flamingo as well as the luck that is granted if you spot one! Most flamingos are pink; rarely are they blue, which our gin channels the luck of the legend!

Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin is the result of many hours spent mixing flavours, creating design ideas, and working closely with family, friends and Cornish distillers.

Due to a recent increase in bottle prices and the additional process of spraying the bottles, we have chosen to update our packaging by selecting a new bottle design paired with a beautiful, carefully crafted label. This thoughtful change allows us to keep the price of our top-quality product at a reasonable level while still maintaining an elegant and refined touch.

Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin is currently distilled by myself at Colwith Farm Distillery, in a beautiful 200 litre Copper Pot Still which I’ve named Anthea, after my mother! Each run produces 250 - 280 bottles, or a little less if we sneak in miniatures! The full process is artisan, small-batch, and most of all made with love and care, so you really know that it is handcrafted!
